Bone & Heart Support

Formulated with three powerful ingredients to aid in your bodies bone and heart health. Take one (1) capsule twice a day as a dietary supplement. For best results, take 20-30 min before a meal or as directed by your healthcare professional.

  • Vitamin D3

    Purpose:

    • Aids in promoting the absorption of calcium into the body via the gut. This in turn aids in muscle cramps and spasms. Boosting the absorption of calcium aids in the promotion of bone growth. Without sufficient Vitamin D, bones can tend to become thin and brittle.
    • It also helps regulate levels of phosphorus and in constructing a healthy immune system function.
    • Another benefit is Vitamin D reduces inflammation in the body, as well as the modulation of processes such as cell growth, neuromuscular, immune function, and glucose metabolism. Many genes encoding proteins that regulate cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis are modulated in part by vitamin D.
    • “A review of 7,534 people found that those experiencing negative emotions who received vitamin D supplements noticed an improvement in symptoms. Vitamin D supplementation may help people with depression who also have a vitamin D deficiency.”

    Where its Found:

    • While there are two main supplement forms of Vitamin D: D2 & D3, they differ only in their chemical structures, not in effect or absorption.
    • Vitamin D is naturally gained from sun exposure, certain foods, and more over supplements.
  • Vitamin K2

    Purpose:

    • Its major purpose is its aid in the activating of proteins that direct calcium to the bones and teeth. This in turn helps prevent the deposition of such calcium in the arteries and soft tissues.
    • K2 also aids in regulation of the calcium in your body by removing it from the blood vessels and kidneys to deposit in the proper areas of bones and teeth.
    • Linked to a promotion of heart health as it activates the GLA protein (MGP), which is was keeps the calcium out of your arterial walls
    • With this regulation, bone and dental health are heavily supported as well as cardiovascular/heart health.

    Where its Found:

    • Found commonly in most animal based foods, such as cheeses, beef & chicken liver, and egg yolks.
    • K1 is mainly found in plants and leafy greens.
    • K2 is mainly found in animal foods, fermented foods, and produced by gut bacteria.
  • Bio Perine:

    Purpose:

    • For all intents and purposes, this is just for flavoring and not much else.
    • Some studies suggest that it helps with epilepsy, headaches, and diabetes, but nothing is 100% conclusive.

    Where is it Found:

    • Bioperine is an extract from black pepper fruits that is in pepper. It gives the spicy/hot taste that the spice is known for.
  • Other Ingredients:

    • Microcrystalline Cellulose: A plant matter powder commonly used as a binder in pharmaceuticals.
    • Hypromellose: A coating agent used to make common pill capsules to enable ingestion of supplements.
